Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange, except (*)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds (minus bank fees) are granted:
E-books and online courses with obvious signs of use.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
(*) Some products offered on the site are managed directly by the suppliers: their return conditions are detailed on their order form. Their refund period can be up to 6 months and sometimes even 1 year. Check on a case-by-case basis.
